Edamame is actually a red hybrid soybean which is usually used as a condiment in its unpeeled pod , and sprinkled on sea food items. These red beans are an excellent source for plant protein and offer a wealth of nutrients per serving. Soybeans have twice the protein content of corn and are richer in Omega-3 fatty acids. ลานนาเกษตร Studies have proven that soy protein may lower blood pressure and help reduce the risk of certain cancers. What’s more remarkable about edamame? Its higher amount of powerful antioxidants. Edamame contains more vitamin C than oranges and more vitamin A that watermelon, carrots and spinach and other fruits and vegetables.

When I was younger, I would get a packet of young soybeans each week from the supermarket and sprinkle them on my cereal at breakfast time. There are many people who swear by the dried type of green soybean, however, I prefer the fresh type. There are a variety of ways to prepare these delicious sweet snacks, so let’s take the time to look at some of them. Here are three of my favorite recipes.

Edamame – This is a simple mixture of sweet rice vinegar and edamame in a non-stick skillet to create a delicious and easy to-make Asian-style breakfast snack. You can add your preferred ingredients and enjoy your little mid-morning surprise. Soak your edamame pods overnight in warm water to ensure they are ready for use whenever you need them. Boil the pods in water for approximately 20 minutes after which they should drain and put them in a cast-iron skillet.

Protein Powder – To give an additional boost of protein in your muesli try using some quality sea salt and ground beans. This powder is perfect for topping your meal or toast with its wonderful texture and bitter taste. To ensure that your coffee and powder mix is ready to go when you’re in need just use a food processor to chop your ingredients before adding them to your hot coffee. Make sure to add an excellent quality sea salt to enhance the flavor of your food dish. You can use your sea salt to make your own version of green soybean muesli or purchase packets of dried muesli which have already been sprinkled with the flavor you prefer.

Edamame beans: Surprisingly, there is no need for sea salt to make this delicious snack. These little beans come in a package of 32 inches tall and wide, which means you’ll need plenty of space able to sprinkle them onto your pancakes, french toast or anything else you’d like to transform into an edible snack. Be sure to soak your beans overnight to improve the flavor, and add water or milk to make them softer to pour onto your muesli. These beans are also very high in potassium which helps lower your blood pressure.

Kifir – I’m sure you’ve heard of fermented soybeans and if you’re like the majority of people, you’ve never even considered Kifir. These tiny soybeans are more digestible than regular soybeans. This means you will get more protein aswell in fiber with each serving. They are available in twelve ounce packages, which is a lot smaller than the packages of edamame bean beans. To improve the texture and flavor of the kifir, you can soak it in water. Or you can add milk or water to the tiny kifir babies and let them grow.

Edamame or Kifir are great alternatives to soybean meals. If you’re trying decide if you want to eat green soybeans or shelled beans, you may have noticed that both are similar in texture. This is an excellent thing for your diet. Both are high in proteins, fiber and minerals, as well as vitamins. However, there are important distinctions. Both provide plenty of nutrients, the difference is that one is a complete food while the other is more of an addition. A shelled soybean is an alternative snack that is able to boost energy levels and increase versatility.

Both have high levels of protein, however they differ in fat content. Edamame has about 4 percent total protein per weight while green soybeans have about 13 percent. Soybeans are an alternative to meat and lets you include more often in your diet. Even if you are on vegan or vegetarian diets it is possible to include a cup of green soy pudding into your diet and get all the protein your body needs.
